2. It can be changed after a needed alteration in memorandum of association.
3. It can be changed by filing MGT-14 form within 30days of special resolution.
4. It can be changed by filing an INC-23 form after publishing ads in newspapers within one month.
5. It can be changed by filing INC-28 form within 30days from the order of the regional director.
6. It can be changed by filing INC-22 form within 30days from the order of the regional director.

The  process of changing office address from outside the existing ROC to one state to another are as follows:

1. The registered office address can be changed with a board resolution, special resolution and the acceptance from the regional director.
2. It can be changed after a needed alteration in memorandum of association.

4. It can be changed by filing an INC-23 form after publishing ads in newspapers within one month.
