LLP Form-11

Overview

Form 11 is a necessary form which is required to filled by all the LLPs with the ministry even if they are not working. It contains details of the total contribution of members of LLP and detail of all the offences committed during the financial year.

Deadline of filing  form 11

Every members of the LLP are required to file the form 11 within 60days from the closure of the financial year.

Outcome of not filing a Form 11

If member of LLPs are failed to file Form 11 then they are required to submit the fine of Rs.100 till the date of filing.

How to register?

Procedure

1. Firstly we have to visit the official website of MCA and then click on E-Filing.
2. Then for annual return filing we have to choose the form no. from form 11.
3. Enter a unique number that is LLP identification number which is given at the time of registration.
4. Enter necessary details like LLP name, email id, address, phone number ,etc or click on pre-fill button that will automatically fill all the information.
5. After selecting business classifications, the system may fill all the information automatically like total number of partners and all.
6. Then we have to mention all the penalties if there is any which is imposed on LLP.
7. We have to mention all the required details and after filling the form we have to attach the required documents.
8. After filling the form, we have to click on attachment and then submit the form.
9. We can change the details before submission but after submission we cannot change any information and we even cannot file this form again.

3. LLPs registered office address is required to file the form
4. Digital certificate of all the partners are required to file the form
5. Details of partners of LLP are required to file the form
6. Total contribution of all the partners are required to file the form
7. Agreements of all the members of LLP are required to file the form
